Am Sonntagabend fuhr die 35-jährige Frau mit einem Seat auf der Staatsstraße 2271 in Richtung Volkach, berichtet die Polizeiinspektion Kitzingen. An der Einfahrt nach Nordheim bog sie nach links ab. Beim Abbiegen übersah sie einen entgegenkommenden Skoda. Dessen 42-jährigen Fahrer reagierte sofort und konnte sein Fahrzeug noch stark abbremsen, bevor die Fahrzeuge kollidierten. Bei dem Zusammenstoß wurde die Frau leicht verletzt und wurde zur weiteren Abklärung in ein Krankenhaus verbracht. Es entstand ein Schaden in Höhe von circa 8000 Euro. Bei der Unfallaufnahme unterstützte die Feuerwehr Volkach die Polizei mit 17 Einsatzkräften.";
